MAXIMS Customer Community Webinars

1. Application and Registration T&C

These terms and conditions apply to the ‘MAXIMS Customer Community check in and update’ Webinar being held on 22nd November 2023 and any MAXIMS Customer Community Webinars moving forward.

1.1. The Webinar is being organised by IMS MAXIMS.

1.2. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the application process in order to participate in the Webinar, referred to in Section 2. below, and so they apply to all people who have registered for participation in the Webinar (“Participants").

2. Eligibility

The Webinar is open to MAXIMS customers only.

3. Participation age

Participants must be at least 18 years old to take part in the Webinar unless agreed otherwise with organisers on an individual basis.

4. Registration and fees

To participate in the Webinar, participants will need to register beforehand and will then receive a calendar invitation once you have completed registration.

4.1. In exceptional circumstances, if a participant provided false information in the registration form, organisers reserve the right to remove them from the Webinar.

4.2. Organisers reserve the right to change the dates of the registration. In such a case, information will be shared via email.

5. Amendments and event cancellation

5.1. Organisers reserve the right to amend, postpone or cancel the Webinar. In such unlikely circumstances, we will contact everyone via email. Participants are expected to check any communication from the Organisers at the provided contact email address, including their junk inbox.

5.2. The Organisers reserve the right to amend the agenda due to reasons beyond their control, such as speaker cancellations.

6. Complaints

6.1. Any complaints about the Webinar must be submitted in writing, either by letter addressed to: IMS MAXIMS, Spaces, 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1FH, or email to: contact@imsmaxims.com.

7. Data validity

All Participants are obliged to provide true and accurate data about themselves in the registration form. Anybody found to deliberately breach this condition may be refused registration and participation in the Webinar.

8. Data and information provided to us

Organisers reserve the right to use any materials provided by the presenters for the purpose of the publicity and advertisement of the Webinar. This includes, but is not limited to: abstracts, biographies, pictures, etc. 

The Participant agrees for his/her personal data to be processed by IMS MAXIMS in order to process their registration for the MAXIMS Customer Community Check in and Update Webinar, and be contacted with information about the event. The data will be processed for the duration of the project, promotional activities, and associated administrative reports. The data will not be shared with any third-parties. The Participant acknowledges that he/she has a right to access, amend, delete or transfer their personal data.

9. Images and recordings

The Webinar will be recorded and available to all MAXIMS customers post event. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree that should you wish to speak during the webinar, you agree to potentially have your on screen picture taken and used by IMS MAXIMS for marketing purposes. Participants will have the opportunity to submit questions via the Teams chat option if they do not wish for their voice to appear in the recording.

10. Obligations of the Participants

10.1. The Participants should behave in a disciplined and cultural manner, and treat the other Participants and the Organisers with due respect. Abusive language and inappropriate behaviour are prohibited. In case you witness or experience abusive or inappropriate language or behaviour, please report this to the IMS MAXIMS as soon as possible.

10.2. Anyone who violates the rules in these Terms and Conditions may be removed from the Webinar.

11. Disability and assistance

Please inform the us of any conditions that will cause you to require additional assistance to participate in the Webinar. Organisers reserve the right not to be able to accommodate all special requests. In such a case, the participant will be notified via email.

12. Intellectual property

The names, images and logos identifying IMS MAXIMS and its materials and services are subject to copyright and design rights of IMS MAXIMS.

13. Final Provisions

13.2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions the rules of the Civil Code will be applied.

13.3. The name ‘MAXIMS Customer Community check in and update’, the logos and all the material and graphics associated with the event are the property of IMS MAXIMS and are protected by copyright. 

13.4. IMS MAXIMS reserves the right to use the contents of the materials provided by the presenters for the purposes of advertising, promotion and marketing of the Webinar.

13.5. All personal data submitted will be administered by IMS MAXIMS. The personal data included in the registration for the Webinar will be processed within the scope of and for the purpose necessary to register the Participants for the Webinar. The Participants have a right to access and amend their personal data at any point. Sharing personal data is voluntary but necessary for registering for the Webinar.

13.7. The Organisers reserve the right to change the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Amendments shall take effect after seven days from the day they are published on the website: https://www.imsmaxims.com/maxims-customer-community-webinars-tc
