The IMS MAXIMS’ annual survey has revealed exceptionally high levels of satisfaction among its healthcare customers across all areas of the company.
The survey, which was completed by healthcare customers across the NHS and independent sector in the UK and Ireland earlier this Spring, has shown that 100% of customers rated IMS products as being either extremely or very important to their organisation, indicating that IMS is integral to the daily running of their organisation and helping them to provide patient care.
It also revealed that compared with other suppliers, more than 92% of IMS customers’ would say that they have a had a positive experience when working with the company, with the same amount adding they would recommend IMS as a supplier to another organisation.
Janet Lynch, information manager for infection and immunity at Barts Health NHS Trust who uses the IMS browser-based sexual health clinic management system, said: “PreView is a legacy product but it is very well supported and all statutory changes are made as well as the developments requested by the user base.
“The support is outstanding. I have been in the IT project management business for over 40 years and the preView support team are the easiest, most efficient and most knowledgeable I have ever dealt with.”
The survey went on to reveal that compared to other suppliers, more than 90% of organisations said that they would rate the quality of IMS products as being better.
Respondents added that they most liked the reliability, integration and performance of IMS products as well as the company’s responsiveness to local needs. While 92% of respondents said that IMS MAXIMS are engaged with their organisation and offer solutions to support their needs.
Maher added: “Rarely have I worked with more respected and professional support analysts, who go the extra mile every time. The IMS team is also genuinely liked by all of my staff.”
In addition, IMS MAXIMS also scored particularly highly in the area of implementation and go-live experiences with more than three quarters of participants rating their most recent go-live and implementation assistance as good or excellent.
This included the management of implementation, with 95% of participants describing implementation project personnel as courteous and professional.
