Pioneering clinical technology specialist IMS MAXIMS has been named as Best Performing Company for Government and Healthcare Systems and Overall Winner of the top 25 performing companies, by independent research company Megabuyte.
The awards signify the launch of Megabuyte’s Emerging Stars programme, which ranks the performance of scale-up technology companies using a financial scorecard methodology. It analyses a series of financial KPIs including organic growth, revenue, EBITDA margin and EBITDA margin improvement. Size is also a consideration. IMS MAXIMS is one of only three companies to be positioned in the top quartile for all financial KPIs.
Megabuyte identified over 500 companies to be eligible for the Emerging Star Awards and 25 were shortlisted. The candidates are amongst the very best performers in their size range and in the top 20% of all companies tracked by Megabuyte.
Megabuyte’s awards differ from other growth awards in the superior rigour of their financial analysis. They are widely regarded as an influential sector benchmarking reference.
The awards follow a successful start to the year for IMS MAXIMS, who announced in January that leading healthcare charity Horder Healthcare, had signed a 10-year contract to use its electronic patient record software across its five sites in England.
Shane Tickell, CEO, IMS MAXIMS said,
“We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised as the top performing scale-up company in healthcare and overall winner of the top 25 emerging stars.
“In recent years, we have expanded our team – almost doubling the size of the company – upgraded our software, grown our customer base across the UK and opened our Applied Research Centre. Our success is rooted in our partnership approach to delivering transformative change in healthcare. It is enabled by world class technology, but importantly, led by the people implementing and using the system, who our expert staff empower to become change agents. Our ethos remains to learn, build and deliver; learn what our customers need with passion and enthusiasm, build our products with expertise and excellence, and deliver the solutions with the utmost professionalism. “
“These two awards symbolise our most recent achievements and echoes the aspirations we have for the future, in becoming the partner of choice for digital transformation across health and care.”
