Clinical software specialist IMS MAXIMS is sponsoring the HealthChat series, which attracts and interviews some of the biggest names in the NHS and associated health organisations, across the whole of 2016 spanning 15 events in total.
The HealthChat events, presented by health writer and commentator Roy Lilley, engages high-profile healthcare influencers in an informal interview before a live audience to discuss their background, role and topical NHS issues.
Guests from previous series have included health secretary Jeremy Hunt, NHS medical director for England Sir Bruce Keogh, and former NHS England national director for patients and information, Tim Kelsey.
Representatives from IMS MAXIMS will attend each event to network with delegates and discuss the role of technology in meeting today’s healthcare challenges.
The first event takes place this Thursday 14th January 2016 at The King’s Fund, London, with Professor Sir Cyril Chantler, chairman of Great Ormond Street Hospital and member of the Advisory Board of the All Party Parliamentary Health Group. Key topics of discussion will include how the NHS can survive its mounting challenges and if integrated care could be the catalyst for change.
